RateCue Mortgage Intelligence

If you're a mortgage brokerTrack your clients. If you're a borrowerSeize the opportunities.

A loan is signed once and lived with for thirty years. RateCue keeps reading it — quietly, daily, with consent — and speaks up only when something has actually changed.

Your loan, watched
every single day.

Stop overpaying quietly. RateCue reads your loan daily and hands your broker the case the moment something moves.

Daily monitoring, not annual reviews Bank-grade, consent-based data Broker-ready, evidenced cases

[ 02 — Vision ]

A world where no one overpays simply because nobody was looking.

Thirty years of loan. One day of attention.

Rate

Your lender moves

A rise, a cut, or a better rate offered to new customers but not to you. We compare what you pay against what you'd be offered today.

Equity

Loan-to-value falls

Crossing under 80%, 70% or 65% unlocks a cheaper tier. Your broker lodges a repricing request the month it happens.

Offset

Your balance shifts

We track what the offset is actually saving you, and flag when the money would work harder somewhere else.

Valuation

The property revalues

A refreshed valuation changes your equity position, which changes the rate you can ask for. Checked quarterly.

[ 03 — Mission ]

Put a system on watch, and a person in charge.

Four commitments, running underneath everything.

01

Read reality

Live account data, never a stale form.

02

Silence is a feature

Quiet months stay quiet. No manufactured urgency.

03

Licence stays human

Models draft. A licensed broker decides.

04

You own the switch

Revoke consent and the feed stops. Immediately.

[ 04 — Reports ]

One loan. Twelve reports. Most say nothing.

Thirty years of attention, delivered twelve times a year.

0

Typical loan term. Written once, reviewed almost never.

0

Days a year the position is read, not the days it is reported.

0

Plain-English reports a year, on the first of the month.

0

One record. Borrower and broker read the same history.

[ 06 — Engine ]

Always reading. Rarely speaking.

Your client sees an app. You see your whole book. RateCue is one engine with two faces — a borrower experience on the front, and the monitoring layer that runs inside your CRM behind it. One record, two views, nothing re-keyed.

The engine runs behind your CRM, not beside it.

Your book stops going quiet after settlement. Retention stops being a diary reminder and starts being a system.

[ 07 — Governance & security ]

Answerable by design.

We expect to be asked where data lives, who can reach it, and what happens when someone withdraws consent. These are the standing answers.

Infrastructure

Single Australian region

All production systems run in one Australian cloud region. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using managed keys. Access is least-privilege and logged.

Retention

Held only while needed

Data is retained for the period a customer's consent covers, and deleted when that consent ends or is withdrawn. Withdrawal is available at any time, without explanation.

Separation

Tenancy enforced in the model

Access boundaries are enforced at the data layer rather than the interface. A request outside a caller's boundary is refused, not filtered.

Disclosure

A named security contact

Vulnerability reports reach a monitored address and are acknowledged. Researchers acting in good faith will not be pursued. Report an issue.

● Application & data

Encryption

TLS in transit, encrypted at rest

Traffic is served over modern TLS only. Data at rest is encrypted with managed keys held in a cloud key service, never in application code or configuration.

Secrets

No credentials in the codebase

API keys, tokens and database credentials live in a managed secret store with rotation. Nothing sensitive is committed to source control.

Edge

Attack filtering at the perimeter

A managed web application firewall and DDoS mitigation sit in front of the application, with rules updated by the provider as new threats appear.

● Infrastructure & code

Infrastructure as code

Environments are reproducible

Infrastructure is declared in code and applied through review, so changes are peer-checked, auditable, and recoverable after an outage.

Dependencies

Third-party libraries are scanned

Automated dependency scanning runs against the codebase, and known-vulnerable packages block a release rather than being noted after it.

Release

Reviewed before it ships

Code is peer reviewed and tested in a separate environment before production. Static analysis runs on every change.

● Assurance & people

Independent assurance

SOC 2 Type 2 — on the roadmap

We do not hold a SOC 2 report today and will not imply otherwise. We can share our current control documentation, and our target date, on request.

Testing

Third-party penetration testing

We intend to engage a certified assessor ahead of general release, and to repeat testing on major changes.

People

Access ends when the role does

Production access is granted by role, reviewed on a set cycle, and revoked on departure. Devices used for production work are managed and encrypted.

We publish the difference rather than blur it.

Responsible disclosure

Found something? Tell us, and we won't come after you.

Reports go to a monitored address and are acknowledged. Researchers acting in good faith — no data exfiltration, no service disruption, no third-party impact — will not be pursued.
